I will be starting with my first 408 hopefully soon using CE 425 laser’s and retumbo. I haven’t been successful at all in finding and form of starting load data. Any help would be appreciated.

Since R25 is nearly impossible to get, is their any other powder that is worth trying for the 419gr bullets? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Quickload suggests a bunch of powders in that range...
You might also try N565, which is fairly new and not as popular as N560 & N570 yet. A cursory look at the predictions say you could get similar 2800fps-ish performance with that bullet in a 28" barrel.
