After a 6 month wait, the Osprey arrived at my FFL on Monday. Got to run a couple of mags through it with him on Thursday.
First impressions top shelf machining and finish.
Took it out to my field and ran a couple of mags through it. Host Sig 1911 tac. First shot dry had a bit of "pop". Not very loud but had a signature none the less. Second round very quiet. Could hear the action of the pistol, and not much else. The report from the backstop was the loudest sound. Impressive to say the least. Comparable to any of my .22 cans. It was worth the wait. Now form 4 off to the G and trying to be patient.
