5 digit Rem 700 1963?

Just picked up a 1963 SA 700 5 digit reciever, clip slotted with bladed safety. Is it worth anything? M40 build clone?

Its a little early for the 6 digit clone builds and the clip slotting is not spec but a good start.

Its nice because you get the tombstone safety, the rear sight screws are there for the look and you have a short bolt shroud.

Personally I favor the early profile of that Remington bolt arm/knob.

Im looking for one to slide my .223 bolt in to make a .223 M40 clone if you are selling.
