Took my oldest to the range - shooting this round was an afterthought when my son decided he was frustrated with the scope and didn't want to shoot anymore. He was having a bad time with the sun lighting up his glasses and was REALLY having a hard time getting a good sight pic. Usually take the 10/22 with a no-mag red dot for him but we took the 22mag out instead. (needed to make sure it was zero'd for upcoming coyote killin' in a couple weeks)

This was shot with CCI 40gr JHP's which shoot well, but not nearly as good as the Hornady 30gr VMAX rounds. having a hard time finding them locally again.

thanks...I just had a good day. remembered my blood pressure medicine all week, had very little coffee or pop all day, ate good food (no crap, junk) and was not stressed out about anything. even kept an even keel with my oldest son's button pushing techniques all day. Most stressful thing that happened all day was finding a deer tick on my 2 year old at bath time. came off quite easily though, don't think it had a chance to get fully embedded.

Oh...and I started chewing again. Camel Snus rocks
