Gunsmithing 6.5x284 reamer ?

New here. But not to ELR shooting. First question. What reamer should I buy? I want tight as possible without turning necks. I also want zero freebore. I have been told .297 is a no-turn neck, is this accurate? I measured a piece of 6.5 lapua brass and got 14.5 on each side. So if I add 264 and 14.5 , I get .293. I quess a better question would be, what is the loaded neck diameter with a 140 berger in a piece of 6.5x284 brass measure?

I waiting on the brass. I dont have any on hand. I have scope,Nf base,bullets, barrel, action , and McCree stock> Just need reamer. I always get 1 1/2 degree lead zero freebore. I like a zero freebore reamer so I can chose the exact Ojive length for my bullet. What I mean Is my gunsmith, can make my round exactly where I want it to be length wise.

That makes absolutely no sense.
