stocks all painted up i dura coated it last week , as far as the receiver i went with a stiller tac 30 and a schneider barrel, just waiting for the tac 30 to come in . now just wondering if i should match up the camo with the stock to every thing else or just leave it.

What type of netting did you use to cover the stock with before you painted it?

I used fish net stockings . I put a light base coat let it dry then put the net on and started paiting layers of dark earth green and black and then a dusting of cycote tan

Very nice!! I'm saving money up to get a 6.5x47 built. Can't wait!
I'm going with the aics stock. Hart 26", and not sure about my action
Yet. I do know it's going to be custom.

Thanks, it's a Manners T4A . I had an AI stock and didn't like it the comb height , it seamed to high for low rings but this ones lower so it fits better plus it comes with a badger bottom

very nice looks just like my old 700 that i built ......
now the wait is almost over my gunsmith called me up Thursday telling me my stiller action came in and it be another 2-3 weeks till its done sooooo joy more waiting ,its been just over a year since a had another bolt gun and cant wait till its finished and shooting bug holes ....

Nice, I've been using varget at 36grn not sure if I Should push it any more with cci br4 primers I wanna try h4350 with cci 450 primers and with varget as well. I think the only think hold me back is the 1&9 twist barrel . I would like to switch to a 1&8 in a bartlien barrel any ideas ?
