Gunsmithing 60 in/lbs enough?

I ordered a Seekonk 65 in/lbs torque tool and when I received it, it is actaully a 60 in/lbs tool. Will this be good enough to attach my rings to the base or should I send it back and get the 65?

It will work fine.

Out of curiosity, what is the thread size/pitch of the rings you are using?

I'm not sure of the thread size/pitch. They are TPS tactical rings.
