660 action

I almost have my 600/660 build complete but I can not locate two parts. I lack a follower and mag box. My question is will any model 700 part for a blind box mag work in thr 660?

I don't have any parts for you. I m fairly sure the 700 parts will not work. I do like the model 600 a lot! I have 3 of them and all of them shoot <.5MOA. One in 6mm Rem that got new when I was a kid that will one hole with hand loads out to 200 yds. Its a shame nobody will work on em anymore. Id like to make a custom 7mm-08 out of the 308 win 600 I have. I do like those little actions

The action is shorter than the 700 SA. I have a custom 660 in 7-08 and recall the smith having to do a lot of modification to a 700 composite stock in the early ‘80’s to make it work. He ended up using the original magazine parts and creating a blind magazine to get it to work.
