Is the best barrel bore diameter for a 6mm Creedmoor .236" or .237".

.237. Easier on bullets.

ETA: Should say that probably greater than 9/10 times it doesn't matter much at all.

I’ve done a fair number of both, and can’t tell the difference. I’d estimate that bullet bearing surface length has a greater affect on pressures than the lands being .0005 taller. Edit: As in longer bearing surface vs short bearing surface.

I had a .236 barrel that shot amazing. As long as they're lapped properly either should do just fine. Get what you can get.
