This was Stan's big LR Benchrest rifle. It has had a little makeover and is a little more my style for comps.

I had to drag the doggie pool in the pic as a respectful nod to HateCa's awesome pics (and that's his RAD Latch mag release so its appropo).
Posted pic yesterday heading out the door, will post a "makeover" thread with before and after pics today or tomorrow.....

When it was a 28" braked truck axle its builder (BgBmBoo) got around (some under) 2" groups at 600 with it. Bartlein told me that the re-contour would be the best way to lose weight, keep velocity and have good harmonics still.

F-Class this morning, it was the first time I got it out past 300 yards.
First string for score, 199-12X. Dropped the first shot for record out of the 10 ring by less than an inch.
