Hi im loading my first batch of subsonics. I am using remington brass with small primer pockets. I enlarged the flashholes to 9/64 not thinking about a place for the anvil of the primer to sit. I fired one case with just a primer and the anvil came flying out of the barrel. Are these cases usable for the subsonic loads or did I wreck them? Also I havnt decided on powder or bullets yet im thinking somewhere around 180 roundnose and 165 lead. Anyone know where a good starting load can be found? Any input is much appreciated.
