This happened about 10 min up the road from me.

Seems "off his rocker" is too kind. Any murder is bad but killing a 4 year old child and three teenagers.

Damn.

State Police are on scene disarming explosive devices now.

I had several friends respond there in both EMS and LEO roles. Glad they all came home alive.

Thanks to all the LEO's out there You have a very thankless job. My hat is off to you all.
