9mm 115 JHP expansion vs velocity?

I have shot rodded some light weight 380s, but they don't quiet equal the average 9mm. I can get 90 gr JHP going 1100 fps, but the 115 gr is not nearly as fast.

Is there some test data out there on 115 gr bullet expansion vs velocity?

I do not have chrony data for these hand, but there is only .1gr of Power Pistol difference between these. Increasing left to right obviously. 115gr XTPs Out of a G17.
