Suppressors 9mm can with .300 Blk+

*How long do baffles last in general? (9mm Ti rant)(Saker 7.62 with 5.56 and .300 Blk subs)
*If you shoot Sub .300 Blk only(10in barrel) through a 9mm Ti rant are you going to wear down the baffles any faster then if you used it for 9mm ammo only?
*Can you take the baffles out of a can send them to someone and tell them to make copys of those using stronger materials then destroy the originals so you don't have "spar parts?"

What problems do you run into when doing the last question?

Lots of problems. Even if the can is rated for 300blk subs a supersonic round might blow it up. If'in I were you I'd be very careful or look into a 30 cal can.

I see on youtube people saying 9mm cans are rated for subs only on .300 Blk so thats why I am asking

You're golden using a 9mm can. Hell, I had my TiRant 45 on my 8.2" 300 BLK till the stamp came in for my 30 cal can and was surprised at how well it suppressed and the accuracy I could get out of it. I could also run it under a 13" handguard (can was 1.3" or so in OD) with minimal heat run off and was light as hell. The only downside was that I could only get around 127-128DBs (I see 9mm's running closer to 130DBs) and the 30 cal will get me down to 119-120DBs (MK13-SD). After 600-700 rounds through with the TiRant 45 though I've never noticed any visible signs of excessive wear or loss of performance on my pistol. Hope that helps...

I currently have a gemtech tundra on a 10" 300blk build. It shoots great, very light weight and extremely quiet. Only major downfall is don't use super loads. I load my own so that shouldn't happen.

I also have 30cal cans but didn't have a use for this can so on it went PERMANENTLY.

Your best bet is to talk to the manufacturer. Any 9mm can I've built will handle supersonic 300 blackout with no issues and I'd guess the others would too. You can't cram enough powder into that case to really build up too much pressure. As long as your barrel is longer than 11" you should be fine. Shorter barrels can cause some issues with uncorking pressures.
As for swapping out baffles that gets questionable. As long as they don't change the bore diameter it would probably be ok. ATF frowns on cal changes to cans and opening up or closing them down could be taken as a cal change by those who don't know anything and administrate the regs. Making them out of tougher material is really unnecessary. If you can wear out the baffles you're shooting a lot more than most of us. The stock baffles should be fine.

Not if you want to retain the warranty. Supersonic 5.56 is a no-no on pistol cans. Especially those not fully welded. In the case of a 45 can, that shit would be loud as fuck on a 5.56/.223 anyway. 100% not worth it IMO.

FWIW, I tried my TiRant 45 on a 22lr with subs and my little $200 Titanium Innovations Cascade 22LR can proved to be dramatically quieter (and it's a shitty 22lr can). Couldn't imagine what would take place on a 5.56 with full power loads.
