I've got the Harris BR notched and it leaves a lot to be desired while shooting from the bench. My rifle is used 99% of the time as a target/100 yard bench rest. I shoot on average 25-30 rounds of .308 per range trip about 1x a week. The tables there are painted wood and the bipod slides easily on the rubber feet, nevermind the bipod hop these Harris models are known for. What are my options for a BR style bipod? Should I switch to a front rest and rear bag setup? I'm not interested in the claws, just too tacky imo and I've seen the Sinclair bipod and it is fugly.
