A couple years ago I bought one of their XTR II 4X20X50 scopes used. The turrets were kind of dented so I called them to order new ones. They sent them free. So today I was adjusting the zero after sighting in a rifle and lost one of the little set screws that hold the turret covers on, Doh!. Called them a few minutes ago and they're sending me a couple for free.
