I'm wanting to pick up another 9mm suppressor that will be used on an AP5 SD(MP5 clone) and a 357/38 SPL lever action. I'm between the AB F4L and the OCL Lithium as they both look to be great fits for that application and have similar specs. At first, I was going to rule out the AB F4L because it doesn't have a removable rear end cap so it's less flexible and could only be used on 1/2-28 barrels. However after thinking about it more that doesn't bother me as the guns I'm going to use it on are 1/2-28 and having a fixed rear end can prevent some other annoyances like the mount getting stuck to the battel recessed under a hand guard and the suppressor just unscrewing from the mount.

I'm read great things about both suppressors, but some users report the OCL Lithium 9 having a good amount of first round pop. Anyone have experience with the AB F4L and have input about first round pop? Also looking at the cutaway diagram on AB's website it looks like they crammed 11 baffles in the F4L which is a lot for a 6" can but seems like it might work well for low pressure rounds like 9mm and 30 SPL. Anyone have experience with both the F4L and the OCL Lithium? Did either one sound any quieter to the ear than the other?
