AB Profile Loader

Hi,
Does anybody have a link for the AB Profile Loader for Windows?
It's nowhere on the AB website, the links from their Facebook site don't work.
I can't find it on Kestrel's site or Garmins.
I have a new laptop and need it for my Garmin 701.

It says "support documents" but the zip has the PDF and the windows application.
