Suppressors ? about moving NFA items across state lines

Hey Guys, I'm getting serious about registering a AR lower as a SBR. I'm moving from Ohio to Texas in 3 months. Would it be worth it to just wait until I move to Texas and register it there, or do it now and just transfer it across state lines?

How much of a pain is it to move your SBR's?

either,get it done now and then do a ?5203? when you move or just wait to get to texas.

Yeah, I was just wondering if it would be a pain in the ass to do the 5203.

The correct ATF form to transfer NFA across state lines is the 5320.20.

The ATF Form 1 to register the SBR yourself might not be approved until after you move with current ATF wait times.

Do you know if you can get a signature in the local that you are moving to?

That is a great question. It will be San Antonio Tx. I visit often, maybe I should start asking around there and getting a feel for how things are there.
