Never seen this movie, but I've looked into David Adair somewhat. His interviews regarding his experiences are compelling, he demonstrates an above-layman understanding of fusion reaction and rocket science applied mathematics and engineering. He does in fact seem to be at least borderline genius, but whether he is being truthful or not I have not determined. In the two or three years I have been fact-checking him I haven't found a glaring inconsistency, in fact very few at all. Last time I heard, he was legitimately working for an aerospace company in Dubai.
