Buy any AT-X, doesn't matter what generation, you won't go wrong...
Or if you already have a good barrelled action, dump it into an AICS AT-X chassis...
Just don't buy an AT or AX and expect to be overly competitive, the ergonomics and weight distribution are all different while the AT-X is by far the most useable in that respect.

I struggled with height over bore issues using an AT from 2016-2019, then having issues getting the balance right on an AXSA with the plastic hand guard area from 2019-2022 and now have an AT-X that is like driving an F1 race car compared a Toyota Hilux.
If you can afford one, the AT-X will save you a lot of heart ache.
