I've searched this form and elsewhere online, and I cannot find instructions on how to remove the extractor and ejector from the AI AXMC bolt. All the bolt disassembly instructions and videos I could find are limited to removing the firing pin.

I initially started looking because I thought I'd try one particular method for finding the lands. Since then, I used the simpler barrel-off method. But I still feel like it is something I should know how to do properly.

Anyone have any insight?

The extracter is easy, just get a flat head screw driver that's the same width, push against it, and lift it up.

The ejector on the other hand, only way to get a manual for that is to take the Mile High AI Armorers Maintenance Course... I forgot how to do it, lol.

I would not get all OCD on the exact measurement as you are going to jump and not jam into the lands.
For example I get 2.166 using the Wheeler method and 2.172 using the Hornady tool, if I jump .020 using the
Hornady numbers I am getting a .014 jump according to the Wheeler method a .006 difference.

The gun cant read the numbers, it is just a measurement to give you a starting baseline
distance so you dont push the bullet .100 into the lands.

Using the TOUCHING the lands dimension from either method as a starting point will work just fine.
