Can’t say enough good things about Mark Kuczka and the team at Accurate Ordnance. In the era of 12 month lead times, average build quality and shit customer service, AO has turned around 2 builds for me in a fraction of that time (like scary fast the second time around) and exceeded all expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, fit and finish, etc. They are absolute hammers and will outshoot me for as long as I am able to get behind them.

AO rifles are as nice as they come and their customer service is the best I’ve experienced anywhere! Not knocking any of the other custom shops out there, but if you’re in the market for a new build Mark and team are definitely worth a look.

I was in their shop Wednesday dropping off a project. Mark was super great to talk with and friendly. He showed me around the shop, explained some of the processes and then introduced me to the guys.

I thought about sending this project out of state but after looking at lead times, costs and quality, I decided to go AO. Currently, the turn around is very reasonable. They also have some really nice "ready to go" rifles on display.

I've got a project at AO and will parrot what has been said. Mark has been extremely helpful in answering questions, is very prompt in his communication via email and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

I picked up my TMR yesterday and my first impression was the incredible fit and finish. Every aspect of the rifle appears perfect.

As for working with Mark...this purchase was arguably the best customer service experience I’ve had in recent memory. It became very obvious how much pride he has in their product and how much he cares about his customers. I was impressed.

I was hoping to get the rifle dialed in this weekend but am still waiting for some stuff to be delivered. I can’t imagine this rifle not being extremely accurate. I will report back with my first range report.

They have built two rifles for me and both were delivered in a month or less. The first took a month to finish and the second was delivered in exactly 3 weeks. Both are tack drivers, and both are 6.5 Creedmoor. Most likely will be sending one back in the spring to be re-barreled to a 6mm variant.

People always comment on the rifle built on the Manners T4-A stock when at a range (only one I an shooting at this time). Always try to give interested people a few minutes behind the gun, and get the same result every time. A big smile and comment on the accuracy of the rifle.

As mentioned before, Mark always works with you to answer any questions you have regarding a build. More importantly, he is quick to answer questions after you receive a rifle.

3 week turnaround is super impressive

I went with them for my first custom rifle. Took them less than 2 weeks to build, I had it in my hands a few days after that.

We've all read threads about misleading lead times, someone's lack of communication or a shop's attention to detail was not up to expectations and while doing your homework helps to eliminate these problems, it doesn't always guarantee positive results. The threads above all give Mark and the guys at Accurate Ordnance a BIG thumbs up as they seem to understand what it takes to be successful; they provide excellent customer service with outstanding communication, deliver products and services within quoted lead times and give customers an end product that they themselves would be proud to own. I look forward to having them do additional work for me.

Quick range report:
I had some Hornady ELD-X 143gr at the house and headed to the range for a quick zero. I may stick with this ammo. :)

1st pic is a 5-shot group that’s .1 mil to high at 100 yards. The 2nd pic is the next 5-shot group with a .1 mil down adjustment. I’ll reconfirm zero and get my dope on this rifle in the next few weeks. This rifle impresses. Job well done, AO!

Apparently I’m not the only one. 5 shots @ 100 yds. Hornady 147 gr ELD Match.

I’m a pretty lousy shot btw.

The flyer was a single shot from the range master. Needless to say he was pretty impressed as well.

I had to make a short trip to Greenville Wednesday and thought about driving back thru winder to talk to them about threading a few rifles but ended up just stopping by Ammo Dump in hoschton and getting home early. I guess I need to make it a point to stop by there. Need to find someone to thread a couple of rifles. Always hear great things about them, glad they are somewhat local.
