I have a McMillan 3 way butt plate and I want to get the instructions on how to adjust it. Does anyone know how or have a picture tutorial?

The hex head screw on the side of the butt plate is used to adjust the length of pull and cant the butt. Just loosen the screw slightly and re-tighted when you have it the way you want it. There is a hex head screw in the middle hole on your recoil pad. Slightly loosen that and you can adjust your pad vertically.
