I've got an older AW that I'm thinking about swapping the trigger out on as I'm having hard time with the somewhat cramped grip of the old style stock in relation to the location of the trigger. In other words, I'd like to increase my length of pull with the trigger. With the new triggers being adjustable for LOP, I'm wondering if I should buy the factory or the competition trigger? I don't shoot PRS and I could care less about being able to adjust the trigger pull down to ounces as I've never found the factory trigger pull a problem. My main concern is the field worthiness of the comp trigger. Anyone have any insight?

Haven’t heard of a comp trigger going down yet.

That said, if you like the factory trigger pull and such, the factory trigger is absolutely bomb proof and proven times over.

I had the comp trigger and personally prefered the factory trigger.
