I have a AIAW 308 with 26" barrel, adj cheek. I also have a S&B 4-16 X 50 with a lit reticle. Which one piece mount, the AI at 28 moa or 18 moa? I want the scope as close to the barrel as possible with out touching the barrel. Or should I go with Badger rings?

I would think the 28MOA AI one as thats the pprovided and designed to work as part of the package along with the S&B scope..
They will also be stronger than seperate rings and bases and its another less "join" that can fail...

Go for the AI 28' single piece mount (if you have the dovetail). I've usedone on my AW for years and never had any problem.
Using an S&B PMII 3-12x50 it is good for anything from 100yds out to 1000yds.

The AI mount. With dovetail or picatinny rail-the mount is designed to work with the package. And it is reasonably priced---as far as AI goes.
