building my first dedicated comp rig. I have a non folding AICS and want to use my atlas bipod. On the bottom of the chassis there is a channel. Is there a way to use it and put a pic rail so I can run my QD atlas bipod?

I know there is a spigot mount option but I'd rather not go that route as I think I would get more steadiness off barricades if the bipod were further back and I could use it in conjunction w the stock...not an option w the spigot mount.

Please let let me know if you have ideas.

Just curious if you have an Atlas why would you not run the spigot adapter? The spigot mount puts the bipod further out and closer to the bore CL which makes for a more stable set up then you will get running a pic rail in the UIT rail.

Also the spigot is QD and easy to ditch if you need to. Run a handstop in the UIT rail as a baricade stop.
