Anyone know where I can get some washers for the action screws? Is it possible to go to the hardware store and get them? Any help is appreciated.

The look like good 'ol machine washers to me. I just looked at mine today and you should be good to go at Fastenall.
I'm not %100 sure but I don't think they are anything too special.

The washers supplied with mine measure .462" diameter and .055" thick.

No problem. I was swapping triggers in one of my rifles, so it had to be pulled out of the stock.
