Im having a bitch of a time finding the fastners that hold the AICS skins ot the chassis. Anyone have the thread/pitch info? Going to try to order a bunch from a hardware supplier.

Yes, a few months ago. Then I called back and they said that they didnt have any information on my order. I was pissed off about their customer service so I cancelled my order.
I figure these are just metric fastners. If I can find out what they are, I'll just order up a batch and send them to anyone else who needs them too at pennies on the dollar.

i have a feeling they may be custom made for them. i am sure it is a standard thread/pitch but the long length in that diameter is probably going to be tough to find.

lowes? when I am looking for something of the sort as far as hex heads go I find they have a great selection compared to home depot. I have 2 AICS's in the funsafe but its 20 some odd hours away so couldnt help you, You might try Pete Lincoln here on the hide, or one of the AICS distributors,

Id try measuring my own AICS, but its at GAP getting some work done. No big rush, but if anyone can take a few minutes and put one of these fasters in a thread gauge that would be great.

I tried getting some from Adam Bauer a while back....the screws are available....with time ofcourse. The press fit nuts arent availble seperate from the chassis skins though, or atleast thats what Adam told me.

I've also found some stainless ones at Rcscrewz.com they have them in lengths from 3mm to 60mm, but I'm 99.99% sure that there 50mm.
