AICS storage on ATV/UTV

I am looking to see if anyone knows whether or not the AICS on a standard remington 700 with barrel from 22"-26" will fit inside the KOLPIN gun boots 4.0,IV or 6 series? Summer is coming and when my son gets out in the desert to stretch things out he ends up using the Rhino to run to the targets and back. I figure something like this would be secure and cover him for hunting seasons also. I just don't want to spend the money if it is not going to fit. I may just have to have someone fab something up holding the fullsize case on a luggage rack. I think it would take up alot less space in the Kolpin. Thanks

I've had more trouble with the optics not fitting than anything else. There is at least two sizes of gun boots as well.

It's an AICS. Just use some bungie cords.
