With the state of the Alabama budget and the draconian cuts that are coming who will be around to enforce any of that nonsense if it comes to pass? Where I am in TN we routinely have off season hunting (poaching) taking place. Everyone knows it's going on, but due to zero enforcement it's up to the individual land owner to dissuade the practice.
