Alternative to Surgeon Side Rail?

I have looked around and can't find it. I know that someone makes a single slot attachment 90 degree side rail which mounts on your base but cannot remember. The Badger SLAM is too large for the area I have to work with. Any suggestions appreciated!

I bought a 90 degree flashlight mount from GG&G like this one: http://www.gggaz.com/index.php?id=50&parents=89,164 .
I made my own rail section for it to fit a tight spot up against a scope ring. It is advertized as a AR15 flashlight mount, but it worked just fine on my bolt gun. This might work for you.
