After-Action Review by Kent Stonecipher, one of the Army Marksmanship Unit's Civilian Marksmanship Program Designated Marksman Course Instructors.

These great Americans volunteer their time to train youngsters from the Army, Navy, and Air Force (Active, Guard, and Reserve) to engage targets from 300 yards and beyond using their organic weapons, iron sights, and optics.

Most CMP Augmentees are Distinguished Riflemen, many have earned their President's Hundred tab, and all are accomplished riflemen. They come from all walks of life and professions.
