While it is good to see the walk away movement picking up steam it is not even close to being a zero sum effect. Based on the little bit I have seen and read, while blacks are becoming aware of the Democrat tactics, more young people are being sucked into the rhetoric. The chant “Trump is racist” resonates with angry kids because they are stupid and too lazy to dig into the truth.

Educate your kids or someone else will.

Talk to them frankly about politics, finance, religion, sex, drugs, rock and roll- all of the taboo topics. Someone on this site has a signature quote something to the effect that truth, like sunlight, is antiseptic.

I have talked to my sons since the day they started school .
The leftist indoctrination starts in primary school and continues till they graduate .
You have to get your kids to talk about what they are being exposed to on a daily basis.
I have found that most of the social studies and history teachers are commies .
My kids have always been in the minority in those classes , during discussion of lefty indoctrination.
My kids have been called racists and islamaphobes and Nazi's and fascist. Yet not one kid , who called them a Nazi . Could explain what the Nazi's political ideology was , Nor could they explain what a fascist is .
I have had many a talk with those teachers and the Principles .
Just had a very unpleasant meeting with the high school Principle a few weeks ago .
Followed by a long phone call with the Superintendent.
Got 2 years left and #2 son is done.

Fascist is probably the most mis-used word being tossed around today. ANTIFA screams about being anti-fascist but fascist use political violence to achieve a goal. That is the exact thing that ANTIFA is doing, so guess who is the fascist.

Parents have a nice $1.8MM track home with no mortgage... you can either keep the home with your siblings and add a 60% mortgage or sell it and keep 40%.... the state can better decide what to do with the money in terms of redistribution of wealth
