Annealeez problems any one else?

I received my new Annealeez and set it up. Upon setting it up, the bottom wheel does not turn when the top wheel does. Tried to call them, You can not find a phone number any where. Went to send them an email from the their website, filled out the questionare, and hit the send button. Only to get a server error on their end. So frustrating. I had to then go to Face book and send them a message that way. awaiting to her from them. Any one have to deal with the customer service before.

Jeff is good people. he will take care of you. is the nut on the wheel tight?

I had a problem, Jeff called me and had me running right in 2 minutes.

I would check the nuts that hold the wheels on to make sure they are tight.. mine came out of the box with the wheel slipping as well and i found that the nuts were not tight enough.
