Lifelong Bowhunter but I need to do less climbing and more reaching out. My last firearm big game was in 1974 whitetail in OK with a 12 gau slug. I shot my last elk in Dec with a Vanguard -06.
Hope to get a lot more shooting in this year before I turn 79 and am building a 6.5 Creedmore Howa heavy actioned 24" barrel. Lots of reloading and shooting questions coming
First one- I'm seeking a stabil stock reasonably priced. I'll be shooting recreationally with varmints and another elk- hopefully. Maybe a little 'watch this' challenge with buddies who have decades of bench rest competition experience. Ya can't learn if you don't try....
