College educated, but too stupid to understand what a figure of speech is. If you told one of them that, they might get offended thinking it was some kind of slave term. "I aint no figure of speech"
The question I have is, do I really want to see an organization that has entertained me since I can remember, to go under, because some of its current employees are un-greatfull pieces of trash? Or at the very least misinformed malcontents. The offending employees need to be shown the hard side of life, I.E be fired for code of conduct violations.
Someone at work last night told me, "they have their right to free speech, what can they do.?" I told him start exercising yours and see how fast you can loser your minimum wage job for conduct violations. When he realized almost all of us in this country can be fired for the way we act at work. It pretty much changed his entire perception of both sides of the situation. He had just heard to many main stream talking points, and not taken the time to deduce it reasonably.
We had a saying on the drilling rig," leave it at the cattle guard." If you are pissed from work don't take it home, if you are pissed from home, don't bring it work.
