So EO is used to end run Congress but in certain cases only Congress can reverse the EO?

This reminds me of hanging chads. People divining intent. So this " judge " thinks only congress can overturn obama's EO because that's what he intended. WTF?

I don't know jackshit about the law, but if a president can make policy thru EO, another sure as hell has the authority to overturn said EO.

Trump needs to order all his departments to enforce his executive order period. Judges to not get to work inside the executives field of play , in other words just tell justice to go fuck themselves like Obama did.
