50m running boar, a forgotten olympic event. A friend of mine won the last running boar olympic gold in the 1988 Olympics.

Old shooter, old rifle and MegaLink wireless electronic target:

The scope is a russian 10x40 twin post of unknown origin. Each post have separate windage and elevation turrets.

Damn cool!

Re: Anschuts running boar rifle

Running bore is a kick in the butt, I didn't have a fancy running bore rifle, I used my Anschutz M-1807 w/a post sight when I was shooting ISU.

I can see where the duel post would be handier then hell if you can work them independantly.

Nice set up.

Re: Anschuts running boar rifle

You don't see many of them around. I have a 54MS and 1813 both lefties. I wouldnt sell them for anything. Get that baby fixed up. Cool target system you have. That looks like fun.

Re: Anschuts running boar rifle

I had a anschutz 1408eds running boar at one time but it wouldn't shoot benchrest well , it was taking up room in the safe...traded it for a anschutz 64 Br. Still a nice gun though. 45/70SS
