What is the best way to attach a bipod to the rifles that have these aluminum channels on the bottom? Mine has one on the bottom and the side - not really sure how they are used

Should be a T Slot where you slide them in and then tighten the screw to secure it.

You askin' about a bipod that clamps to a rail or one that hooks onto a sling swivel stud?

The Anschutz accessory bipods are meant to keep the rifle out of the dirt in between strings of fire, not to support the rifle while firing.

You may have to coble something together. The people that have that type of stock that I know shoot 3 position. The only time the rifle is benched is for sight in.

What are you talking about? All that has to happen is to get a rail or stud that interfaces with the T-slot and attach an appropriate bipod.
