Authorities in Massachusetts are investigating who was behind an act of vandalism on Monday at a World War II memorial that left the site covered in an oily substance.

Just looked in to it, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney (Boston).

Malicious destruction of Property is not a crime.

Its on her list of crimes she wont prosecute.

This is good to go.

Thats the way I see it but there is that little asterisk that states if the prosecutor gets permission from the DA they can prosecute.

Im guessing the first question to determine where the investigation goes is "What is your political affiliation?"
