Appears that it is centered around one pro-BLM/reparations-centric town. It's good to bask in their feel-good voter intimidation. Hopefully, this is helping the good folks of the Carrboro to deal with their white guilt.
A North Carolina town refused to remove Black Lives Matter flags from an early voting site after some complained of 'voter intimidation'
The North Carolina Board of Elections requested the town remove the flags after it and local Republicans received complaints about them.
