Anvil 30 vs vector

I know the vector isn't out to public yet but I also know some in here gabe handled them even in prototype stages. Im trying to decide if I should go with the vector tripod combo offer go with the tripod by itself and add a anvil 30?
What are people's thoughts on the tensioning systems between the two. The anvil 30 is a wil known commodity keeping you up high and your hand up near your rifle where as the grip style on the vector seems like you are going to be fighting with the tripod legs possibly.

No experience with the vector, but the anvil has done everything I've wanted and is easy to pack. Once folded, it's so flat and thin. The lever is also easy to adjust and I can get on target pretty easily.

I have one in the preorder. I’ve also bought a rrs setup with the anvil 30 and now I’m trying to decide whether to cancel the preorder because I like the rrs setup so well, or keep them both when/if it ever ships and use one for a spotter only.

Keep the RRS, sell the vector. Sorry, if you have the money, RRS is the way to go.

My opinion, since you asked, is that half measures are exactly that. They're half as good.

If you have the money, buy a RRS and you won't regret it. If not, get the vector, or whatever.

If you think you're going to save money on legs, spend it on the head, and have a bargain solution that's 'almost as good' it ain't gonna be.

If you have the money for the RRS and don’t look back. I ponied up the cash and haven’t look back. One of the best purchases I’ve done.

So you are comparing a product that has a proven track record, and support of a well known and popular company (that supports us). To something that barely anyone has any experince with, and hasn't been released yet?

I think the answer is pretty clear. Love my Anvil-30 setup. If/when the vector starts showing up in the hands of shooters I'll try it out if I get a chance. But until then if you need a solution today RRS.
