any difference between Fed. GM and Am Eagle brass?

For reloading purposes, and I want to load match quality ammo, is there any difference between Federal American Eagle and Federal Gold Medal brass? My first thought is to keep the GM and AE brass separated, but will I be sacrificing accuracy by mixing the brass?

All brass will be prepped, trimmed, chafmered, deburred, primer pockets uniformed and flash holes reamed if it makes a difference. The only thing I really don't do is sort by weight.
