Any lefty Timney 2 stage updates?

Wondering if anyone knew anything about Timney possibly producing a two stage lefty trigger for the rem700. Back on scout, there was a thread about interest in them. Anything new? I post in their page and email regularly but they never respond.

I thought Timney said NO. I'm not impressed with my single stage Calvin Elite right now. If I can't get the gritty creep out of it I'm going to have to do something different

The last actual response I got from them was "It wasn't on table currently" but that was last year some time. I have a two stage on a righty rifle and it's awesome. I can't imagine why it's so difficult to produce the same in a lefty if they make the single stage in a lefty. What other options for a two stage lefty are there?

Tubb T7T is available in LH.

I'm going to go to the Tubb if I can't get my single stage right.

I thought the only difference between the lefty and right is the safety.

Bolt release makes a difference between RH and LH , if you need one. The Tubb trigger bolt release is a joke though, it doesn't work very well. Mine needed to be adjusted and the slotted holes elongated to push on the release tab far enough. It still barely lifts on the tab enough to release.

Other than that, it is a great trigger.

I don't know the percentage of needing vs not needing but I don't need the bolt release. I just don't get the problem if they already produce the single stage.

The price point is hard to beat as well. Some of these other triggers are pretty costly in comparison.
