Any recommendations on a good brake for an AK74? 24x1.5 RH I believe...

Looking for a good effective brake for an AK74. This will replace the factory AK74 brake which is already pretty good. Looking at JMAC Customs at the moment unless anyone knows something better. It would be nice to find something that didn’t have as much concussion out the sides tho.

The Zenitco DTK-2 are good brakes, but you’ll still have the concussion. I don’t think you’ll find much in the way of a brake without the concussion. Some companies make the “cage” that goes over the brake, but I’ve only seen those if 14/1 LH. You could get an adapter and run a 5/8-24 or 1/2-28 and run a US brake and something like the SF Warden.
