I am starting to build up a long range precision rifle and need some advice.
With the amount of research that I have done, I am looking to get a FFP scope and for my purposes a tremor2 reticle. Cost is a factor and I compare the cost to a S&B PMII (4k+). Right now I'm having trouble getting reviews for Leupold's mark 8 3.5-25x which I am interested in primarily due to cost with a military discount. All the reviews I have seen were people who have tested it briefly and have not held one for a while and use multiple times.
Anyone here have this and how do they like it compared to other glass? Time of ownership is important to me because I want an honest review without the "don't have it but i used it once and it was awesome" feeling. Thank you guys for your inputs.
