Anybody gone through the Wikileaks file dump of today?

Supposedly the Ecuadorian embassy arranged for him to be away from a button that would have dump a treasure trove of documents onto the web in an emergency when they turned him over for arrest.

In retrospect, it should have been a delay switch that would repeatedly delay an automatic upload for 24-48 hours. That would have made for epic reading.

My understanding was that he had people that would dump if he didn’t check in after a certain amount of time. If this was true then there should be more coming.

I'm sure he/his has a contingency that will dump just enough for him to be released with a wink. Otherwise it will all go nuclear. His only insurance policy against being killed in a "botched robbery attempt" after his release.
My tin foil hat is telling me he got arrested to purposely trigger the document dump, then charges will be dropped based on the Pentagon Papers case law....

I wouldn't bet against ya!

He gets in front of a Grand Jury... and in front of a DoJ that is not filled with Communist Hillary/Obama plants...

Well, how interesting!

I don't know about Snowden but Manning is a crook, Assange is a black hat hacker no matter what you think about what he did with info he stole or otherwise obtained and he also is very likely guilty of some pretty creepy sex crime stuff.

The one conspiracy theory I absolutely don't believe is that Assange's accuser lied about him in a scheme to get him extradited. Her allegations seem way more believable than Blasey Ford, with verifiable (recent) times and locations and the likely hood of mistaken identity is pretty much zero because Assange looks like an albino.

Assange looks like Bizarro World Jussie Smolette. Everything opposite but both guilty as hell.

What I would like to see is Manning locked up in a labor camp with his low testosterone condition treated and Assange convicted of hacking but extradited back to Sweden or England so he can face the music back there after his USA privileges get revoked. Of course that should be contingent on him spilling the beans about how the "DNC hacking" went down. I'm assuming the story that Kim .com told is true and Seth Rich just saved everything to a thumb drive or external disk and then transmitted it to WikiLeaks.

If that is how it went down, re-open the murder investigation and maybe just maybe it will lead back to Hillary. That could lead to a treason or conspiracy charge hopefully. Any felony will do really.

Fuck him and Manning,I hope he cuts a deal so we can retry Fuck face It Manning.
They could be roommates and share their deepest darkest secrets.

That is an interesting thought... No double jeopardy, but could little Manning be charged with something else? Bigger? Conspiracy? Spying? I am not sure what he got convicted of. But it was small and he was pardoned. But does the pardon cover just his crime? Or everything surrounding it?

Very interesting angle on this! Because if Assange is compelled to do grand jury testimony... some interesting stuff could end up in investigations.

Though I would not hold my breath. The guy is so insanely committed to his cause of protecting his sources, he hole up in the basement of a sh%thole country's embassy with a cat... for 8 years! I would not bet on him to talk, even under protections.

Cheers,

Ok, don’t disagree with a lot of that, but the bitch who accused him of sexual assault admitted consenting to sex and then got pissed afterwards because he faked using a condom or some shit, which wile fucked up is hardly rape or some extraditable offense anywhere but in SJW Stockholm where they’re too busy being ACTUALLY raped by all the Muslims they imported to destroy their culture. That bitch and all of Sweden can go fuck itself.

Assange is a fucker, which is why he’s being prosecuted right now, but factually all this shit is really thin. He’ll be tried, but I bet he walks in the end. Just as it’s better to let a guilty man walk than to imprison an innocent man, it’s better to err on the side of journalists (much as I hate them) than on a state that wants to silence them.

What will be interesting is to see what Manning does. No double jeopardy for it, but it could go down for purjury if it tries to help Assange (who I do think encouraged the theft even if he didn’t actively participate).

I don't think Assange was thinking ahead when he went to the embassy for asylum. I think he was just running.

In his Wikipedia, it says he was scared shitless for two years waiting on the outcome of his first hacking arrest. It turned out he only got fined.

He's a brat. If he used a condom, he wouldn't need asylum. If there was a conspiracy to extradite, he would have behaved himself and still be in there.

All signs suggest he was just covering his ass but screwed it up.

I heard the law he is being tried under does not require any success in the hacking. An attempt is enough and he tried a rainbow table hack. He also told Manning about it. Those facts seem pretty solid even if the crime is weak.

The thing is I really don't care about the crime, I just want him to testify under oath and spill the Hillary/Obama dirty laundry.

Just get a conviction that we can hold over his head, then punt him over to England or Sweden

That way if he ever fucks up again we can get extradition, he'll get a slap on the wrist from England/Sweden and I would feel ok about that outcome.

Please explain to me why you feel that way?

Just how he strikes me. He appealed many times to command but was denied, pretty sure he was almost reprimanded for going over his supervisor's head at one point. I feel like even though Manning is considered a "whistleblower", that he's really just got a bone to pick because fraternally social groups like the military don't appreciate faggots like him. Snowden gave up a lucrative career, a hot piece of steady ass, and a home in Hawaii to speak up. The other two, I'm guessing, thought their situation would improve or at least change with their actions and that is why they did it. I don't believe they did it out of selflessness or sense of duty, but rather they found a selfless avenue through which to pursue their self-centred agendas.

Our country was breaking its own laws, violating everyone’s rights, spying on each and every one of us. Snowden exposed that.

We owe him for that.

Does that make him a patriot? Dunno, depends on his motives, but we owe him none the less.

And they’re still doing it, worse now than ever.

I am also thankful for what Snowden released. It was (Still is) at the point where they know the things they are doing are HIGHLY illegal so they bury the system and themselves so deep in secrecy that they think itll never surface.
And you think we are the only one's doing this?
Here's the thing,he knew the job he was getting into, he knew there was going to be some ugly stuff happening.
He also signed papers acknowledging what he was getting himself into, but decided to make our methods public.
He sent us back to the stone age.
I don't agree with everything our government does, but on the other hand I'm not going to become a traitor.
He'll end up dead somewhere because the Chinese and the Russians ae done with him.

Well at the end of the day our wonderful congress made all the crimes they were committing against us legal. Clapper got up there and perjured himself like a devil...no consequences. Rules for thee not for me. The respublic is already dead.

Between the leaked information - ( dirty government laundry ) that Julian Assange and Edward Snowden exposed , both may have handled their situations poorly but exposing a dirty government is not a bad thing . The government bold faced lied to the courts in both cases and to the public on national tv , There is not a another way to expose corruption that a government doesn't want their dirty illegal actions exposed that is not going to get the ex poser in trouble , the same thing applies to how for 40 years our government has purposely worked to undermine the safety of the very country they were hired to work for , and they do so willingly for self gain . If i robbed a bank which is an illegal act , whether I get caught in that act or turned in by someone i still deserve to receive punishment for my crimes . After a hearing in court to be found guilty or innocent . So too the officials that break or manipulate laws deserve to face their day in court , but they don't , only little people go to jail not the rich and famous nor powerful . The fact that the US government allows 2 million + people access to secret information is inviting leaks and spying and all at the expense of the citizens of the US . I totally believe they deserve to have this crap aired on tv for everyone to see how dirty they really are . Its not foreign governments that the US government hides things from , its just the citizens that pay for all this stuff they hide it from . This is just how i feel about it , and my 2 cents . I love this country not the government .
