Anyone else unable to send PM's on this new site?

So my box says I've got 296 unread PM's....
That ain't so bad, except I've tried three times, twice as a "reply" to a PM, and then again as a "new" PM- and none of them show up in my sent folder.

Anyone else having this problem, or is the Admin trying to tell me something...

I did at first but checked settings and turned on the pm setting.

I went to my profile and fixed my settings and hensent and replied to a test pm to myself, working like it should. I checked all my messages and clicked "mark as read" and now I am GTG.

I looked all over for an "announcements" section or other area where this might have been indicated, and found none.
