Anyone having trouble contacting Bighorn?

Update: I was able to contact them! All is well, they must have just been busy when I tried the last couple times. Bighorn CS is great!


Hey guys,

About 4 months ago I first bought my Bighorn action, the website and customer support staff were extremely fast, but I've recently been trying to get into contact with them over the past couple weeks to ask some questions (sent a couple emails, and called) and haven't had any luck.
Any idea what's happening? Are they being swamped with orders right now or going through some internal changes or something?

Huh... I guess I may be getting them at a bad time. Bad luck on my part.
I tried 2 emails about 2-3 weeks ago, then another email last week, plus a phone call this morning and no dice. But I have faith in their customer service. Last time I was in contact with them a few months ago they went above and beyond to explain everything to me and help me out, they were extremely friendly and patient with me. So I'm not complaining, I was just curious. I'll keep trying. Thanks guys!
 
You must have some perfectly bad timing/bad luck for some reason. I called yesterday, and spoke to Robbie. She's one of the nicest ladies in the biz. I was in a bind and needed a part. She and Aaron confirmed they had the part, and she expedited it to me.

I called several other businesses that day and got nobody. Chalked it up to them playing catch-up after the long weekend.
